My latest subversive activity is to remove excess packaging from my supermarket purchases and leave it in the shopping trolley.

I will do this at my car, as I load the goods into the boot. I will keep a pair of scissors and some empty containers in the boot.

Did this for the first time yesterday and it felt so good to put those neat, plain, inner packages in the pantry.

Imagine if everyone did this, and disposing of the packaging became the store's problem!
