I wasn't in the right mindset to reply when you sent this.

I am okay now. Unfortunately, ADHD makes it REALLY hard to focus on reading.😩it sucks because I used to be able to focus for a bit, then break and come back to it later.

I feel my ADHD has worsened so that I am barely able to focus for a page or two before thinking about something else...🤦‍♂️
