Looks like Amanita muscaria but there are a lot of amanita and some are similar, ones are among the most delicious ones, as Amanita caesarea, others the most deadly as Amanita pantherina, Amanita verna and Amanita phaloides.
Muscaria isn't deadly but toxic and with hallucinogen properties but I never tryed.
The best way to be sure which specie is is by asking expert people or by study the specimen, you should test:
-kind of soil
-time of showing (spring/sumer/autumn)
-trees o plants associated
-similar toxic species in the area
-color of the main flesh/hat/lamela
-smell
-taste (only if almost sure can try a little bit on tongue and spit)
-sound when break.
-texture of flesh of the hat and foot.
I started to pick mushrooms some years ago and I'm having two experts of reference to ask when I'm not 100% sure.
