A while back my family stopped at McDonald's (it was a 20hr road trip leave me alone) and my wife got the wrong meal and couldn't understand how it was SO off from what she ordered until I explained to her it was a McDonald's staffed by illiterate blacks who place orders by pictures on their screen and the quantavius had pushed the button under what she ordered.
It was a major "now you know how bad things really are" moment for her.
