I just ordered from Zepto for the first time ever. We don't have Blinkit, Zepto, Dunzo and the like in Mysore. This is grocery delivery taken to a level I'd never expected. I got a discount of ~100 bucks on my 250-rupee order, free delivery, a Zepto free subscription for one month, and a cash back of 50 rupees. How do such businesses make profit?
Delivery was promised in 14 minutes. It took a lot longer but that's OK.+
