I took the bottom trend of each cycle since 2010 and it lines up to every top. Then I took the average time of each cycle, which is about 20% longer each time. The 2nd cycle took 20% longer in days to reach a top than the first cycle. The 3rd cycle was 20% longer than the 2nd. The 4th was about 20% longer than the 3rd. And now if you extrapolate both of those facts out you get a top of around 300k in May of 2026
