In Canada, the CBC runs on taxes that everyone pays whether they use it or not. I don’t watch broadcast TV, and I’m fine with this. Seems like that would be simpler? How in the heck would someone check, even if they were let into your place? I have a TV that I only use for games. Would the person checking understand that?",
