ActuallyAutistic group (npub1mew…tau6) who else sleeps with #earplugs.?
I‘m very #sensitive to sound. Especially snoring and EMT vehicles. I also hear sounds on a higher frequency than others.
On the other hand, people talking to me outside of my area of focus atm sound like gibberish to me. I often need to ask them to repeat which makes them mad.
