Real question what is the best/least scummy #OnlyFans style site? I've heard #Fansly mentioned positively. Not entirely sure why not to just make it on (a separate?) Patreon, aside from Patreon being Weird Prudes, but that's mostly CC companies not Patreon and seems fairly unavoidable.
