UPDATE: Because of DRC's recent struggles, both the Bonus Matches have been delayed, not sure when they will be held, but if DRC remains somewhat stable, the first round of bonus matches could be set up on Sunday.

Our BestVidyaGirlContest Final has been decided! Defending Champion Samus will face off against Zelda the white hot newcomer, and that fateful encounter will take place on Tuesday.

However, over the weekend we’ll have fun with a number of same-franchise Bonus Matches, some of the clashes being between familiar faces in this contest, while other matches will pit contest veterans against girls who have never participated in these tournaments. I plan to hold 3 bonus matches on Saturday, and 3 more on Sunday, and these matches will begin somewhat later than the regular tournament matches.

And then of course, the main event will kick off on Tuesday, so be sure to prepare pictures and memes for the big day. It’s Samus VS Zelda, Metroid VS LoZ, who truly is gaming’s greatest girl?
