I’m constantly pointing him at the sofa, and he jumps up but five seconds later he’s back in my way! Daft creature. He even follows me all the way upstairs, when normally he’s strictly “can’t be bothered except at bed time” and stops half way when he’s made sure I’m not going out without him.
