Last night I made a pumpkin cheesecake and used WAY too much butter in the crust. Butter was seeping out of the bottom of the springform pan.
I also overcooked it 😩
That’s what I get for not looking up “how much butter is in a “stick” (Kerry Gold brand is apparently TWO sticks’ worth) and also not looking up “how do I know when my cheesecake is done” until it was too late.
