My gluten-free journey continues.
Last week, I fucked up and ordered a bunch of LIGHT canned coconut, which I historically have hated.
But it was my mistake, so I decided to try using it in my waffle instead of cashew milk.
Buddy, I gotta tell ya, I’m not going back! It creates such a crispy and caramelized crust. It doesn’t taste as coconutty as full fat, so it works great in all baked goods so far. (Tried biscuits too. Win!) #food
