Bodycam footage exists of the NYPD falsely arresting 21 Black kids on Halloween, but they won't release the video. What's the point of having cams if we can't see? Part of a nationwide problem.

I hope Yusef Salaam (one of the Central Park 5 falsely imprisoned for decades, now chair of the NYC council's Public Safety Committee) can make progress on this.
