Definitely possible... Idk what people do for getting power on a boat, but they do it. There was a catamaran I saw that had solar panels all over it - wayyyy out of my price range, but super cool. And there's a population of people living on their boats in most marinas. That's not really how I want to live, but it's a thing. I think a lot of those people could be persuaded to leave their marinas and go be a seasteader. Tons of ideas in that department...
