My mother became a doctor before she met my father, so professionally she still went by her maiden name. My father was a doctor, but he was also a surgeon, which by tradition in the UK are called "Mr" not "Dr".

As a result, although there were two doctors in the house, neither of them where called "Dr. Forsyth". So any mail addressed to that fictional person - in the trash!
