1) You can reply more than once. I'm assuming you think that what I wrote about protecting lice & mosquitos is a strawman, but it seems to be a logical conclusion of principled ethical veganism.
2) Yes it's certainly a definitional issue. But I still see no evidence of animals respecting property rights, even if they are capable of some interesting behaviors.
3) Rights existed before anybody discovered & wrote about them. They're an inherent part of our nature.
