Occasionally (usually when there's some news about the musk-owned hellhole) I keep hearing the "mastodon is too difficult for a regular user" argument and, for the life of me, I still can't understand, if you're not interested in learning about the Fediverse at all, how mastodon dot social is any different from any other microblogging social network out there... for the regular user.
