Memory is so tricky. They change with experiences like in the Pixar movie Inside-out. Emotion is tied to them, and that emotion might not be healthy to hold onto. I usually will make an audio recording or I tell myself to remember the moment I am living. Maybe there’s a bigger purpose to the way our brains remember things.
