(They wanted some app name.) When I said "A case". They pushed and said "no, the first thing when you take it out of the box, before you even buy a case". I replied "the phone doesn't come out of the box until the case has arrived and been unpacked first. Phone comes out of the box and into a case instantly. Shrink wrap doesn't even get broken unless the case is ready."
