Footage released on social media appears to show an Israeli strike targetting a donkey cart pulling civilians in Rafah in southern Gaza.

"And after at least half an hour of surveillance, understanding that these were not innocent civilians, they were eliminated - the donkey naturally remained alive," an Israeli voice can be heard saying over the footage.
