I saw this story resurface earlier today, originally reported in July, which some have framed as "labor camps" for people with mental illnesses, from those struggling with addiction to those on Adderall and antidepressants. While I don't disagree that being outdoors and physical activity can be helpful (e.g. endorphins from working out), the way he's framed this is very yucky with "troubled teen" industry, abduct you in the dark of night for your own good vibes.
