Aah, once you start getting to the large end, like QuikTrip is starting to get to, you're starting to border on the range of a small Thriftway location from the 1980s or 90s. Just faster because QuikTrip really worked on figuring out how to have a POS system that can do multiple simultaneous cash and card transactions and nobody's buying more than fits in a backpack in either case.
