Got in the car, charged out to the bayside park, and pokey-poled up the steep path to the top of the 100m hill.
When I crested the ridge, the wind crashed into me, almost knocked off my glasses, and then ran off roaring, toward the Central Valley.
But I had my #HF radio with me. And parafoil #kite and reel. So I ran it up the kite, found some smooth air, hooked up the antenna.
