I read and listened to a lot of journal entries from the last 2 years. I put up with a lot of shit because I had zero self-worth and no self-esteem.

The progression of how suffocating romantic relationships feel to me in general was interesting to see/hear. Don’t know if it was the people, the situations, or just me… or all of it.

My therapist keeps pushing me to in person socialize, but I kind of don’t want to yet. I’m really enjoying my peace and quiet. People bring drama. No thanks.
