anybody with IQ below 70 is deported or ( if no country will take them ) euthanized
anybody with IQ 70 to 85 is forcibly sterilized
anybody with IQ 85 to 100 is allowed only 1 child
immigration is allowed only for children with IQ over 120 or adults with a Doctorate degree or net worth over $100 mil.
people with IQ over 150 are required to donate their eggs and sperm
exceptionally fertile young women like this:
