Apple developer relations has been in the news a few times lately for going silent on open issues or slow to respond. Now this. Wondering why Apple is getting so defensive against both devs and cusotmers, at a time when the opposite should be happening.

Having said that, social media is a waste of time and no one should be doing it. Especially on Twitter.
