Filia grew up in a society that didn't really place value on cooking. Field work was like, ration blocks and for home, well, there were slaves for that.
Dys lived in an orphanage until she ran away, then she lived on the streets. So like... no there too. She knows how to roast a rat over a trash fire though!
Alt Dio / Actual Dio can follow a recipe and can make pretty okay food but she never has time.
