As part of the work I've been doing to build the git-centric community platform Flotilla-Budabit with Five (nprofile…p77t) I've hacked together a browser extension that let's you easily publish Git repository announcements, NIP-C0 code snippets and the proposed NIP-34 permalink events directly from the GitHub web page:
