The National Park Service has started a timed entry permit system for vehicle access to parts of Mount Rainier National Park that’s have become overrun with tourists.

This is definitely needed but it’s a real shame there’s no mention of starting up shuttles. Glacier in Montana is doing shuttles to alleviate traffic and it worked gloriously when I was there.
