So, I'm looking at the docs for using a custom domain for my bsky handle, and if I wanted @/simon.thornvalley.com it sounds like I'd need to move that subdomain off of tumblr so that I could provide the custom .well-known HTTP response from that domain, as it doesn't have subdomain DNS of its own.

Am I reading that right, or am I completely off base? I don't see a way to specify a subdomain via TXT record on the thornvalley.com DNS record.

(still prefer mastodon so no danger of leaving, but I like using my domain for stuff where I can)
