Politics used to be about the struggle for control of the "means of production" (I'm obviously hand-waving furiously here), but now the "means of production" fit in a large walk-in closet. Now all you really need is about 450 square meters of land per adult for regenerative agriculture and access to the community maker-space. The "unit" of high-tech civilization is small and relatively affordable.
