Businesses are throwing out non win11 compatible hardware, you can find USFF's cheap or even free.
I suggest those with upgradeable ram, multiple SATA ports and at least one NVME/M2 slot, like the elitedesk line.
Use #proxmox (like docker), install #nextcloud and any other server you want.
The running cost is that of a light bulb, no spyware, it's all yours. Install any apps you like an run your own #cloud
