basic - if you stream for example with 1280x720 then 720p will be you output resolution on zap.stream. If you stream 1920x1080 then 1080 HD then that's your output on zapstream. Depending on the bitrate you need to push those qualities this can be a strain for mobile viewers if they're on data plans or older devices (buffering)
If you're using the good plan and you're streaming for example at 1920x1080 then the viewers can also select 720p, 480p, 360p. With 480p being generally sufficient when watching videos on a small display such as a phone. Now, if someone is watching your stream and your native output or 720p is buffering for them, they can flip to 480 or lower and probably enjoy your stream in a good enough quality.
