Both. The embedded node is my primary wallet, my private primary wallet. It doesn't have any identity attached to it like lightning addresses.
I use a free wallet service for the lightning address, and it's connected to my nostr client for zapping etc. and it has an lndhub plug-in too, so I use my Zeus wallet with it rather than it's web interface.
So, in Zeus, I just toggle between the two of them.
