Does anyone know if there is a way to follow a hashtag but filter off stuff that is included with the hashtag that you dont want to see?

For example I want to follow #taiwan, but 99.9% of the posts are actually about Ukraine. The account nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqfzq429snacw8h9gyknmltaskmf2j9vjxenpazdzy0edx06eczfns29pzct (nprofile…pzct) posts "Ukraine War Bulletins and News" which is fine, but they never have anything to do with Taiwan and it pollutes the feed. How can I follow #taiwan and exclude #ukraine ??
