Interesting find after debugging what caused the issue of this server can't federate on some servers although not fediblocking or anything.

Misskey.ID server setup is quite paranoid when i made it since beginning. I use nginx-ultimate-bad-bot-blocker to filter out some connections on origin and as the last effort to defend from suspicious stuff. But unfortunately ​:pain:​, this cause several federation issues that made other people can't federate with this server due their server has a keyword in their domain that is blacklisted from the bad-bot-blocker itself. Since i don't maintain to customize the bad-bot-blocker and leave it as vanilla since the installation, thus the federation issues happened.
