I have to come clean

In case you wondered why I picked him, it wasn't because of anything in the story

It was this

1. The bad guy hid his face, TV rules say that's because they're one of the other characters, usually the most innocuous or surprising

2. He's a recognisable actor from another series

3. He had a small part & he had lines, lines are expensive, a small part with lines is important

So I can't take credit for any major action of sleuthing 😉
