Interesting, but Fiji is in no sense "pure" -- it has the same amounts and types of minerals as pretty much every other brand of bottled waters. If you could demonstrate "supercooling" with Fiji water, you could do so with almost all tap waters. Here is the mineral composition of Fiji, from their own website.
