The irony of the Nikki Haley "states rights" Civil War cause of "freedom" from the "tyranny of a federal government" "denying the rights of individual states to self-determination on slavery" is that those modern human enslavement apologists have clearly NEVER read the Constitution of the Confederacy which enshrined its federal right to deny and overrule the "states right" of any confederated state to abolish human slavery.
It was never about states rights. It was always about the cause of human enslavement. That's their Lost Cause.
