I've always thought we should have twelve months, each with 30 days. The remaining 5 days of the year would be a special "week" at the end to celebrate with family, mandatory time off for most folks. Tack on the leap year day to make a 6 day holiday every fourth year. But I suspect such an idea would upset our corporate overlords.
