Gm nostriches, met in work by a “25/26 workload plan” email this morning from a manager I think is a total prick.
My workload plan, ditch this joint, maybe be persuaded to do some hourly work to supervise students (and have access to journals), but spend most of my time working on #Bitcoin, oh and being the best version of myself.
It’s gone from wanting more time to not wanting to be part of a system that does wrong to young people. In my “you’re a bad person” training, all I could see was universities and anyone promoting that students go to university as being part coercive, and abusive relationship.
Wondering how the system will react when I submit a safeguarding referral form outlining how every student is a victim of abuse. Anyway, #coffeechain for the win
