This is a loose recipe that can be adapted easily. I boiled all the string beans I had awaiting in use in the fridge, which was easily 8 or 10 cups. I probably let them boil for about 10 minutes or so. I cooled them off, then put them in the blender (in batches) with about five handfuls of basil, easily about two garlic heads' worth of roasted garlic, and 10 roasted jalapenos. 1/
