First immunotherapy treatment is complete
The jab site is a little warm, but not itchy, which is fine.
Can take an antihistamine if it gets itchy, and an ice pack, or a panadol if needed. No exercise or anti-inflammatories allowed today.
I also got my very own peak flow meter to bring with me to every appointment.
