Now I am hearing that Cypriot authorities have stripped Rusal founder Oleg Deripaska and banker Alexander Zheleznyak of their citizenship. A total of 77 foreigners who received "golden passports" were added to the list... so a LOT is changing there, and golden passports are chief among them.
