Fell into a Knife Sharpening hole on YouTube. So many people telling other people they're doing it wrong. I know I'm not doing it right, and want sharper kitchen knives, but there is sooo much noisy advise to sort through, even after filtering out the folks who've turned sharpening into a competitive hobby.
