You need someone to love you.
Once you've been followed by someone that's using a wot relay, you'll automatically be granted write access to that relay. And everyone you follow, will also be granted write access.
Even if you don't have write access, the wot relays are pretty much spam free so they are good to use for getting a spam free feed from.
Supplement them with open relays like nostr.band that use rate limiting and you can get a pretty good feed that'll stop the SupplyGuy bots, without blocking new people.
