I'm dealing with the editor I occasionally write for, who in turn deals with their tech support person.
I perceive this as a bigger problem than they do, so I'd like to present a solution to them, as the tech support person is not looking for a solution at their end at this time. If I can make it fixable for them, it may get fixed.
