I didn't want to play more with traefik so...
- I went to consider istio ingress again
- I found out Envoy Gateway exists
- I was hyped
- I tried installing envoy gateway
- Its helm chart was OCI only which nixhelm doesn't support
- I tried adding support for that
- It was hard and I decided to rewrite the whole thing in go
- I started with nixdockertag because it already deals with OCI
- I decided to do the right thing (tm) and use nixgo

...

I still don't have the ingress working.
