Oof. Just uploaded a terrible joke gif and the resulting file was HUGE.

First time I'm aware of where the transcode has inflated the size of a file.

Need a cup of tea to help work out what's going on there. I think I know some tweaks that might make it acceptable.

The filesize anyhow. The joke is awful.
